I'm stuck at the Subaru dealership on the west side of Madison for an hour and a half.
That's not even the worst part though. I get here and the guy in the service department tells me that I'm in the wrong place, which is incorrect because my dad told me that his "bud" that works here at the Subaru store was going to take care of everything. Little did my all knowing father know, his "bud" has off today. That's funny considering the fact that my dad said he had talked with his "bud" about me coming in today.
My dad specifically told me to go to the Subaru service area and ask for this guy. I did all that and the guy doesn't show up. What a dick.

Well we're movin on up, To the east side. To a deluxe apartment in the sky

Oh man, it's been forever.
I have many new things to share.
First, I started my new job and I love it. I've been working there for about a month and a half maybe two. It's fun. Second, my friend Molly and I are moving into an apartment together. We just looked at it today and we both like it a lot. I'm really excited about it. We'll be moving in before June I think. Third, my brothers fiance asked me to be in their wedding in October as a braids maid. I'm super stoked about it. We went to find a dress a few weeks ago and the one we found is really pretty. Fourth, my ex, Eddie and I are happily back together. We're back on track with everything and plan to be together forever. I love him. ^.^
I also found a really amazing new artist. His name is Alex Pardee. I'll post one of my favorite pieces of his.
Other than that, nothing has really happened.
See you in the future.

New Tattoo?

So I want to start a half sleeve on my right arm. Basically a half sleeve is half of your arm covered with tattoos. I already have some of it drawn out but the only thing is, I don't have really big arms so theres not much room. Oh wellllllllz
Anyway, Im thinking of doing an Edward Scissorhands piece right in the middle and the part above it is gonna be the crazy stuff on that piece of art that I posted from Lawrence Yang. I'm not sure how to place everything yet, but I'm sure talking to a tattoo artist will help.
If anyone has any suggestions lemme knowwww!!

I don't wanna go home.
So right now I'm sitting in the Albuquerque airport at my gate, dolefully awaiting my flight home.
Let's recap the weeks past events, shall we?.....-flashes back to arrival in Abq.-
It seems like just yesterday I was driving with my cousin Nathan to his house talking about how excited we were to do all the stuff on our long list of plans. Like:
-Going to the Guild theater to see Black Dynamite! "I threw that shit before I even got in the room!" haha funny movie.
-Making cookies and slapping eachother in the arms with the rubber pot holder.
-Wearing our almost matching sunglasses, mine are red and black zebra print, his are white and black zebra print.
-Listening to Harold, his dad, my uncle, talk about how they're going to do the next batch of screen prints for the ABQ lotterly and Nanocool, nonstop.
-Having rice caked to my fingers while making sushi for the first time. That was an adventure, Nate said my sushi was a little big, but hey a girls gotta eat.
And last but not least...
-Sitting in his room on the computer for hours on end, updating our facebook statuses with harsh insults toward eachother. Ahhh those were the days.
How could I forget goin to the Biopark with Michelle, what an amazing place. Even in the winter it's beautiful. I know for sure that I want to go back there when everything is in bloom. Such an amazing photo opp. I'll post some of my photos when I get home.
Then seeing my two little cousins for the first time in probably 2 years, over Valentines Day. Oh man how they've grown! They're so smart too! I can't wait to see how much they've grown from now to October for my brothers wedding. Watching them beg Lisa for the over-priced lightsabers at the circus that have an estimated life expectancy of around 2 hours was pretty funny. I could tell that everytime a little kid would run past with one they were full of jealousy.
I'm gonna miss everyone more than I thought I could. Eventhough Nathan can be a douche bag sometimes, I still love him haha. Oh and Nate if you read this, I want you to know that I fully intend on embracing my hipster roots when I get home. I think I just needed your extra little shove off the normal person cliff into the hipster canyon. Thanks for that. I hope watching me plumet to the bottom was fun. Haha.
In conclusion, I have concluded that Albuquerque, New Mexico is most definatly NOT a city that never sleeps because there are so many goddamn mattress stores, there's no way these people don't love their sleep.
See you in the future.

I FINALLY found the artist I was looking for!

Lawrence Yang.
I love his work. His use of color and his odd little creatures really caught my eye. He has such an amazing imagination, I would love to pick his brain about his inspirations and influences. The kind of art he creates is the kind of art I want to having hanging on my walls in my home. Simply amazing.
Heres his website. Go check it out. www.suckatlife.com
See you in the future.

What do I name this blog?
Ok right off the bat I'm just going to confirm my hatred of cats. I hate cats. Mission accomplished.
Moving on.
Ahoy! So it's 1 am, I'm bored and I'll be honest, there's a bit of the liquid courage running though my veins. I did nothing today, except go the store with my aunt. Other then that, I sat watching Fox News all day.
I was just recently informed by my cousin that the xmas tree at the bottom of the stairs scared him to death. I didn't know xmas trees were scary. Who knew. lol
You know what really annoys me.... when a person takes a drink of something then does the breathy "ahhh" after every sip.
Ok so my cousin and I are debating on whether pepperoni is a decent pizza topping. I say yes because it's tasty, he says no because he hates it. What's your stance?
See you in the future.

Still Not Having A Life
Howdy!... Scratch that, Helllooo thereee.
So I'm not a cowgirl, I shouldn't say howdy. I'm currently jamming to Placid Type. Good tunes, check him out www.myspace.com/placidtype. Anywhozzle, I just spent my Valentines Day weekend with my aunt, uncle and 2 little cousins. It was fun, don't get me wrong, but those little ones have WAYYY too much energy for me. I need to get at LEAST 10 hours of sleep and I should have known that wouldn't happen haha.
On the Friday before I went to stay with them, my cousin Nathan and I went to a store called Buffalo Exchange and I found this REALLY cute dress but I didn't want to buy it right away, so I bought a sweater. Then on Sunday my aunt and I went back and I was afraid they wouldn't have the dress still because they're constantly changing inventory, so I literally went through every dress rack they had and I found it! I was so excited. Obviously I bought it. I have yet to wear it, but hey it's only been like a day since I bought it, gotta let it breathe first.
Oh and while I was with my little cousins. we went to the circus, which was absurd btw. Some of those poor animals.... wait what am I saying, ALL of those poor animals looked so sad! Especially the bears and elephants. They just looked so down and out, I wanted to make them happy again. And there's a lot of creepers at the circus. The clowns being the most creeper-like of all. They were like at grandparent age. I'm not one to be scared of clowns but those clowns definitely gave me the hee-bee-gee-bees.
Well I guess thats all for now. And remember, if a circus clown comes up to you and says "Hey, little kid, want to try my candy?"...... run, run fast.
See you in the future.

My first blog! It's a boy!
Hello fellow bloggers and non bloggers. My name is Jackie and I live in the wonderfully small town of Columbus, Wisconsin. Yes, I am a cheese head, no, I do not have head cheese. Gross.
First things first. I am not a Packer fan, I do not believe I have an accent and NO, happy cows DO NOT come from California, they come from Wisconsin.
Currently at this juncture in my life I am visiting my family in New Mexico. So far not much has been going on. I got some sweet new sunglasses on Tuesday. My cousin laughed in my face about my old ones, they make me look like a pale, short, human-like insect. If thats possible. Idk. On Wednesday we had to go to bible study -_-. Not something I'm too fond of. It wasn't all that bad though. It only lasted about 30-45 min and thankfully I didn't have to pay attention. It's times like those that I'm glad I have an iPhone.
Before I ventured down to New Mexico I was working on getting a new job in the Mall near where I live. I was successful and I start working a little while after I get back. Im a cosmetologist for anyone whose wondering. It's all fun and hair color until you snip off some finger skin with your shears.
Anyways that's all for now. My Aunt just told me we're going to an art museum. Maybe my life isn't as boring as I thought. ^.-
See you in the future.
